CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
TINY TWO-TWOS: Designed as a parent/child experience that introduces movement, peer interaction, and enhances imagination.
PRE & KINDER BALLET: Introduces movement, pantomime, coordination, classroom setting and peer interaction practice.
BASIC BALLET LEVELS: Included in the 1st Position class; introduces more formal training with barre and center work, enhancing coordination, musicality, and classroom structure.
ACADEMIC BALLET LEVELS: Included in 2nd Position classes; where the foundation of classical ballet technique is delivered and more formal training is promoted.
PREPATORY BALLET LEVELS: Included in 3rd Position classes; where the bridge between the fundimental foundation of ballet technique moves into more percise movemtns and exposoure to a broader repertoire of steps.
INTERMEDIATE BALLET LEVELS: Included in 4th Position classes; Students continue to refine their work, increase their stamina, add to their repertoire of steps and technique.
ADVANCED BALLET LEVELS: Included in 5th Position Classes, is the culmination of many years of training, continuing to motivate dancers to reach their highest potential.
BEGINNING TEEN TECHNIQUE: provides an opportunity for a student who has not received prior dance/ballet instruction at a younger age, to start their training at the introductory skill level, and add to their understanding and ability in ballet terminology, technique, and implementation.
MEN'S & BOY'S CLASS: Designed for boys and men, this class is an opportunity for boys and men to embrace the athleticism of ballet. They’re taught discipline, focus, and respect for the art form of ballet. Our classes are designed specifically for male dancers and emphasizes, correct ballet technique, strength and flexibility, musicality, and coordination in a fun atmosphere where guys can feel comfortable dancing and learning ballet, with other guys.
HOME SCHOOL MOVEMENT & DANCE
This class is designed with Homeschool students in mind, and is held during the day. A wide verity of dance genres will be covered in this weekly class, for both boys and girls . Introducing students to many styles of movement and dance, this class is fun and engaging, while providing physical exercise and rhythm activities. Social interactions and a class setting provide added benefit to the overall experience.
ADULT CLASSES
ADULT BALLET: Beginning and Intermediate levels. These classes are open to the public and are designed for individuals 13 years and older, regardless of prior experience. Punch passes can be purchased for convenient drop-in attendance.
BALLET BASICS STARTER PACK: These classes designed to introduce the true beginnger to the basics of ballet. The series of four weekly classes build on the previous, giving the novice dancer the foundation to go on to join the Beginning drop-in classes. Ballet Basics are offered to individuals 13 and older and are held everyother/odd months.
BARRE WORKOUT CLASS: Classes are available weekly with morning or evening class options. No previous dance training is necessary. Barre is a toning, total body workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target, ones deep inside your body that more traditional workouts don't reach. High reps and low impact, our barre classes challenge anyone looking for an enjoyable and engaging workout. With themed classes each week and fun, simple choreography as part of each class, barre is a blast! Punch passes can be purchased for convenient drop-in attendance.
